Delivery Instructions  

Enjoy a flat rate shipping of $9 for all orders in NZ under $90.

All orders will be sent out within 48 hours after a purchase has been completed. 

Tracking numbers will be sent out via email after your order has been shipped. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2 - 4 working days, however in some rural areas it may take up to 5 working days.

Working days would not include Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays. Do expect delays of approximately 1 week during peak periods, such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day.

Urgent (Same day) & Weekend Delivery - Domestic

$30NZD for orders under $99 NZD

$40NZD or orders between $100 - $200 NZD

AU Shipping

Flat rate shipping: 

$16NZD for orders below $99 NZD

$19NZD for orders between $100 - $200 NZD

Asia Shipping

Flat rate shipping: 

$25NZD for orders below $99 NZD

$35NZD for orders between $100 - $200 NZD

Return & Exchange Policy

All our products go through quality checks and inspections before being shipped out. 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. 

All shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer during the return and re-posting process, unless arranged otherwise.

Returned products will receive a full refund of the item, however the shipping cost will not be refunded. Unless the order was over the free shipping threshold or damaged when received.

No return on sale items, unless the product is faulty.

Damaged or Lost in Transit Items

We would like to encourage you to reach out to the courier company first to check if you entitled for a compensation.  

Alternatively, if your order has been damaged during the process of shipping, please send us an email immediately with tangible proof such as photos, and we will try our best to assist you. 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
