Free Standard Shipping Over $40 (New Zealand)

Delivery Instructions  

Enjoy a flat rate shipping of $5 for orders under $40.

All orders will be sent out within 48 hours after a purchase has been completed. 

Tracking numbers will be sent out via email after your order has been shipped. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2 - 4 working days, however in some rural areas it may take up to 5 working days.

Working days would not include Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays. Do expect delays of approximately 1 week during peak periods, such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day.

Signature Required Service - above $100 NZD

All parcels will require a signature, as we do not want to leave your parcel unattended. If you are not home when the parcel arrives, the post office will leave a card in your letter box to notify you. 

If you wish to have the parcel left without a signature, please log in to the courier website with your tracking number. In this case, please note we can not be responsible if the unattended parcel goes missing. 

Urgent (Same day) & Weekend Delivery - Domestic

This option is unavailable at the moment. Please contact us via and we can organize this for you. Additional shipping costs may apply. 

UK Shipping

Shipping is now available UK wide:

Flat rate shipping: $40 for orders between $100 - $210 NZD

Tracking number is provided, however no signature is needed.

AU Shipping

Shipping is now available UK wide:

Flat rate shipping: 

$18NZD for orders between $50 - $99 NZD

$10NZD for orders between $100 - $210 NZD

Tracking number is provided, however no signature is needed.

Return & Exchange Policy

All our products go through quality checks and inspections before being shipped out. 

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any additional shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer during the return and re-posting process.

Damaged or Lost in Transit Items

We would like to encourage you to reach out to the courier company first to check if you entitled for a compensation.  

Alternatively, if your order has been damaged during the process of shipping, please send us an email immediately with tangible proof such as photos, and we will try our best to assist you. 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
